Currently in Boston — August 23rd 2022
The weather, currently.

Some areas on parts of Cape Cod received over 4 inches of rain today while in parts of Metro West there was under half an inch. This is the nature of showers in the summer. The haves and the have nots can be relatively close.
There will be more showers tomorrow with temperatures near 80°F. Once again many of you will miss the heaviest rain but some of you will get lucky and receive over half an inch. If you miss rainfall tomorrow that's it for a while, as sunshine returns for Wednesday with highs well into the 80s. The nice weather will last through the rest of the week and into the upcoming weekend. It may even hit 90°F in a couple of days. —Dave Epstein
